Our Wines

At Mountain Soul Wine, we take pride in crafting a variety of wines that reflect the unique terroir of the Kootenay region. Our collection includes:

Tasting Notes

White Wines:

  • Riesling Reserve (11.8% ABV): This off-sweet, medium-bodied wine presents flavors of ripe peach, crisp apple, and zesty citrus, culminating in a refreshing mineral finish. Pairs well with poultry and pork dishes.

  • Sunset Riesling (12% ABV): An off-dry, lighter-bodied Riesling featuring crisp green apple notes reminiscent of young Pinot Gris or Sauvignon Blanc. Ideal for herbaceous dishes, vegetarian cuisine, and spicy foods.

  • Chardonnay (11.1% ABV): A well-balanced Chardonnay offering green apple and pear flavors with a hint of vanilla, complemented by a creamy texture and light oak influence. Best enjoyed with pasta, seafood, and buttery or creamy mains.

  • Pearl White Blend (11% ABV): This mid-bodied, off-dry tri-blend of Pinot Noir, Gamay, and Riesling delivers pitted fruit flavors, floral notes, and a touch of minerality. Suitable for seafood, poultry, vegetarian, and Asian cuisine.

Our Winemaking Process

Our commitment to quality begins in the vineyard, where we employ sustainable farming practices to nurture our vines. Hand-harvested grapes are carefully selected to ensure optimal ripeness. In our state-of-the-art winery, we utilize small-batch fermentation techniques, allowing us to maintain meticulous control over the winemaking process. This dedication ensures that each bottle reflects our passion and the unique characteristics of our terroir.

We invite you to visit our Summer Wine Deck and Tasting Booth during our seasonal hours from May to October:


  • Friday: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM

  • Saturday and Sunday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
